IEP teams and families are engaging in more conversations about closing the gap for learners with special needs. Providing better access to the general education curriculum is among the top of the list of topics. Inclusive strategies, accommodations, and curriculum modifications play a key role in setting up classroom routines and schedules. Who creates these experiences and modifications? Be prepared to engage in conversation around creating systems and teams that close the gaps for our learners with special needs.
